Sauteed Kale

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  3. 1 bunch kale, stems removed
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. 2 tablespoon soy sauce or tamai

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Saute onion until pieces are translucent. Wash and cute kale leaves, first in half lengthwise, then lay several leaves on top of each other and cut finely on the diagonal. Add to onions with water. Saute over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes. Add soy sauce and saute 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off heat and cover skillet until ready to serve.
