This chunky guacamole is great as a spread on toast or as a dip.

Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 1/4 red onion, choped
- 2-3 tbsp chopped, fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash avocado until it is just slight chunky
- Add onion, cilantro and salt and stir to combine
- Serve with your favorite veggie dippers, chips or tortiallas
Notes
- You can add garlic, jalapeno, tomatoes or try different onions to pump up the flavor. Dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, soy-free
