How To Make Groovy Rewarding Rituals

Living your life doesn’t have to always involve scheduling, calendars and appointments! Let’s face it – sometimes all that structure can actually cause stress!

But a little ‘soul structure’ goes a long way!

Yoga, pilates, exercise classes, your mail, trains and planes all run on a schedule. So why do you resist scheduling time for yourself each day?

The biggest reason why we resist structure is simply because we either don’t know how or what to do, or we just don’t schedule it.

Often times I get asked what a ‘day in the life’ looks like and I have to admit – it didn’t ALWAYS look like what I’m about to show you.

Somedays, life gets in the way and missing a few steps is bound to happen!

It’s taken a while to get my soul-schedule to where it is now, but I’ve figured out what the secret sauce, magic ingredient(s) are to cook up health and happiness from the inside out.

I’m super excited to share them with you today!

I’ve combined my personal schedule to give you some fresh inspiration plus a DIY downloadable schedule so you can create your own and try it on for size.
